Job Description

Timare Studio is a tailoring company that produces custom aso ebi and bridal outfits and ready to wear adire pieces. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Production Assistant to oversee the workflow of our tailoring operations. This role is essential in ensuring timely production, supporting tailoring staff, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating effective communication between departments.

Responsibilities

• Workflow coordination: Track work orders, ensure jobs are completed on time, and create weekly production schedule.

• Support for tailors: Assist with fabrics preparation and fittings

• Quality control assistance: Check finished garments for defects, proper measurements, and finishing before delivery.

• Customer liaison (internally): Communicate between back-of-house and production team. Relaying specific tailoring instructions

Requirements

• Applicants must have completed a Bachelor's Degree Program from a recognised institution

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be available to be on site 2-4 days a week.
