Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive who will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional creative strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, from luxury brands to documentary production.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media and brand development strategies for multiple clients
Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions with confidence and expertise
Collaborate with clients to align social media strategies with their overall marketing goals
Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic recommendations
Create and oversee the production of engaging, platform-specific content that reflects each client's unique brand identity
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and manage client reputation
Analyze and report on social media performance, identifying successes and new growth opportunities
Lead the innovation of our social marketing processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the agency's overall growth
Balance multiple high-profile clients and projects simultaneously
Requirements
3+ years of social media marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years in an account management role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Expert knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimisation.
Strong understanding of content creation and management for different platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creator partnerships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
